Who we are
Goodevo Digital is a digital services brand operated under Aya Premium Legacy, a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean Goodevo Digital.
What information we handle
When you use the business goals brief on this website, you enter:
- Your name
- Your business name
- The type of service you are interested in
- Your business goals or challenges
- An estimated budget, if you choose to give one
How the brief works
The brief runs in your browser. This website does not save your answers and does not send them to a server or database of ours.
Your answers are placed into a WhatsApp message. When you choose to continue, your browser opens WhatsApp using a link that contains that message text, so the text is passed to the WhatsApp service. The message is only sent to us when you press Send in WhatsApp.
This website does not collect your phone number. If you message us on WhatsApp, we will see your WhatsApp number, profile name and the messages you send, in the same way as any WhatsApp contact.
Why we use it
We use the information you send us to understand and respond to your enquiry, and to communicate with you and discuss our services.
Who else is involved
WhatsApp, a service of Meta, processes the messages you send us under its own terms and privacy policy.
Our web hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not become a project, we delete the WhatsApp conversation six months after our last meaningful interaction with you, unless we need to keep it longer for a legal or other legitimate reason.
If you become a client, project and business records are kept under separate arrangements.
Your choices
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond to your request.
